“The Big Green Egg” has been a blast.

So far we’ve made 2 pizza’s, 1 Smoked Turkey, and 1 Brisket.

We chose a simple olive and cheese pizza and then a combination pizza of spicy, mild & fennel Italian sausages, roasted garlic, onions, mushrooms & olives.

Combination Pizza

Layer on your favorite ingredients!! Transfer to pre-heated pizza stone.
Cook in the big green egg at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Serve with your favorite beer or wine and Enjoy!
